Question Part 1: I'm 15 and not sexually active, but I have a lot of little bumps on my inner labia and another little black spot on one side. Do you know what this is?
Answer Part 1: I am sure this is normal. The little bumps you see are likely oil producing glands called sebaceous glands. You can see photos of the inner labia on the page about Clitoral and Labial Size in the Anatomy section, in the section on Body Image and on Q&A Page 1 question #4.
The black spot is likely normal too. The inner labia vary in color from light pink to black. The hormonal changes associated with puberty may be causing your labia to change color, and this is normal. If there is indication of unusual growth, swelling, or infection please seek a doctor's advice.
