Auf die Frage "Welche Position bevorzugen Sie?" antworteten die Frauen:
Missionarsstellung 30%
Frau oben 28%
Von Hinten 21%
Von der Seite 16%
Sonstige 5%
Dies zeigt dass einzelne Frauen bestimmte Positionen für den Geschlechtsverkehr bevorzugen, die Frauen insgesamt jedoch nicht. Die Wahrscheinlichkeiten der ersten drei Positionen sind in etwa gleich verteilt. Die Missionarsstellung wird zwar als die üblichste Position angesehen, was sie wohl auch ist, aber nicht alle Frauen finden diese Stellung angenehmer als andere. Paare sollten also nicht einfach nur deshalb die Missionarsstellung verwenden weil sie annehmen, diese würde von ihrem Partner bevorzugt. Es ist wahrscheinlich, dass Paare im Lauf der Zeit verschiedene Positionen bevorzugen, wenn Sie nicht von vorne herein auf die Missionarsstellung festgelegt sind. Soziale Erwartungen beeinflussen nämlich, was Frauen sexuell genießen.
